Keith Haring was an artist and social activist in the 1980′s. Having been diagnosed with AIDS, which later claimed his life, his style of “Pop Art” was very influential and became a symbol AIDS awareness.  In recognition of his birthday today, here is burger artwork in his style. ([])

Takashi Murakami is a popular artist these days, working with the likes of Louis Vuitton and Kanye West. If he liked burgers instead of flowers, maybe he would have made a print like this one? ([])

Burger #270 – Andy Warhol Style


“Art is what you can get away with.”

While Andy Warhol created this one image of a burger, perhaps another version would have turned out like above. The pioneer of the American Pop Art movement, Warhol’s artistic style has been, and still is very influential. One sees numerous pieces of his artwork and methods all around, as well as references to his famous expressions such as “15 minutes of fame“. Enjoy watching him eat a burger. ([])
